Refunds
When money comes back
A minute is a small thing to buy, and a charge nobody recognises is worse for both of us than a refund. So the rule is short.
A name we refuse is refunded in full
Every name and message is read by a person before it appears. If yours is not approved, the entry comes back out of the registry, its minute is free again, and the whole charge is returned. You do not have to ask.
Changed your mind within 48 hours
Ask within 48 hours of paying, for any reason at all, and the charge is returned. The entry comes out of the registry and its minute goes back to whoever wants it next.
After that, the entry stands
Past 48 hours there is no refund. The minute was taken out of the registry for good the moment it was paid for, and the certificate was made and delivered.
How to ask
Reply to the receipt that came with your entry: it reaches us, and it carries the entry's number, which is all we need. If the receipt is gone, write from the Privacy page and say which minute it was. A person answers.
Please ask us before asking your bank. A dispute takes weeks and costs more than the minute did; a refund takes a day.
